I have worked with Business Support Systems (BSS) for more than 10 years and over 15+ projects for the biggest Telco companies covering the Americas, Europe and Middle East, it has been a privilege to have traveled to several countries across the globe to provide solutions, support customers onsite meeting unique people and cultures. This website is intended to share knowledge in domains I have worked with ranging from technologies/solutions to other areas since I have had the exciting opportunity to take part in business discussions, make presentations, POC, onsite requirements workshops, support Pre-Sales, customer training, onsite user acceptance test (UAT), managed services consultancy-mentoring and customer-facing experiences.
